SAFETY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
⭐Keeping Kids Safe While Keeping Play Fun
At Let’s Go Playdate, safety is our top priority. We’re here to create joyful, community‑powered play experiences — and that only works when families feel protected, respected, and informed. These guidelines help ensure every child, parent, and caregiver has a safe and positive time at our events.
⭐ 1. Parents Stay With Their Kids
Let’s Go Playdate is not a drop‑off program. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. You’re responsible for your child’s safety, comfort, and behavior during the event.
This keeps our gatherings safe, transparent, and community‑focused.
⭐ 2. Exact Locations Are Shared Only With Parents
To protect families, we do not publicly post exact meetup spots. Parents must RSVP or log in to receive the specific location.
This helps us:
-
Keep events private
-
Reduce unwanted attention
-
Ensure only real families attend
Your information is used only to share event details — nothing more.
⭐ 3. Public, Family‑Friendly Spaces Only
All playdates take place in:
-
Public parks
-
Open, visible areas
-
Family‑friendly environments
We never meet in isolated or private locations.
⭐ 4. Respect & Kindness Are Required
We’re building a positive, inclusive community. We ask all families to:
-
Be kind
-
Be patient
-
Include others
-
Use respectful language
-
Model good behavior for kids
Everyone deserves to feel welcome.
⭐ 5. No Photography of Other Children Without Permission
You’re welcome to take photos of your own child. Please ask before photographing anyone else’s.
This protects privacy and keeps parents comfortable.
⭐ 6. Health & Wellness
If your child is sick, please skip the event and join us next time. We want everyone to stay healthy and enjoy the day.
⭐ 7. Weather & Safety Adjustments
Outdoor events may be rescheduled for:
-
Rain
-
Extreme heat
-
Unsafe conditions
We’ll notify all RSVPs as soon as possible.
